• If you have health insurance, please bring your card with you. 
• We are preferred providers for most leading insurance carriers. 

• You will need to fill out pertinent health information.
  

What Will It Cost Me To Come For Treatment?

We are very sensitive to the perceived issue of expense sometimes preventing patients from coming in for needed care.  Thus, we work hard to keep our rates very affordable.  Most insurance companies cover chiropractic care.  You will be expected to pay your percentage or co-pay at the time of your visit.  The initial visit includes an examination fee, as well as treatment charge.  Please call the clinic for current pricing of the initial visit examination and treatment.  If you do not have insurance coverage, and cannot pay the total amount upon the initial visit, a payment plan can be arranged.  We offer a time of service discount if you pay in full and there is no insurance for us to bill.
